
Customer Support Representative

The role of a customer support professional involves interacting with customers via various communication channels, including chat support systems and calls. The primary tasks will be to answer questions, provide priority support, assist with sales, account updates, information dissemination, and escalations.
This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment that offers a rewarding career for individuals who derive fulfillment from resolving customer queries efficiently and effectively. The main responsibility will be to resolve technical customer queries related to SaaS platforms.
Daily Responsibilities:- Assist customers with system and account setups for effective advertising campaign launches
- Troubleshoot and assist with queries related to system, account creation, payment, and card features
- Troubleshoot and assist with advertising campaign launches and glitches via the system
- Guide customers in navigating system features and toolsets to maximize value
- Assist customers with domain and proxy queries and setups
- Troubleshoot proxy and domain-related issues
- Help customers with card setups for media buying
- Provide extended after-hours support to customers on behalf of technical departments
- Assist with outreach and sales
- Manage accounts inventory through efficient farming methods and techniques
- Assist with customer communication and information dissemination
- Sharp, energetic, and intelligent individual with excellent communication skills
- Proactive and responsive in handling customer queries
- Consistent administrative efficiency and accuracy
- Determined to achieve constructive relationship outcomes
- Communication: Written and spoken English
- Listening and comprehension
- Understanding of concepts, system features, policies, and procedures
- Administrative skills, attention to detail, and troubleshooting
- Understanding technical and business concepts at a high level
- Questioning, taking ownership of, and simplifying tasks to achieve customer satisfaction
- Previous experience with remote working
- Experience working with Facebook
- Experience working in high-risk niches such as crypto, casino, nutra, etc.
- Support experience for software companies in previous roles, tech savvy
