Hospitality and Customer Service Representative

This role requires a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to guests in their hotel room, public areas, and back of house spaces.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and reporting concerns to the supervisor.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel services and products to ensure accurate information is provided to guests.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workspace and surrounding areas at all times.
- Hand over lost and found items to the supervisor with detailed information.
- Adhere to fire, hygiene, health, and safety protocols established by the hotel.
- Report for duty punctually, wearing the required uniform.
- Develop positive working relationships with colleagues and other departments.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the executive housekeeper or supervisor.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective time management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible work schedule (8 hour shifts)
- Minimum Matric - Maximum Intermediate qualifications
