Job Overview

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our support team as a Technical Support Specialist.

  • System Evaluation: Evaluate existing tools and work with our team to develop new solutions that enable our support function to scale effectively.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise information to customers.
  • Native or bilingual spoken and written English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across different cultures.
  • Comfortable working rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
