The role of a Marketing and Sales Coordinator is to create awareness about lab quality and services among doctors. This includes visiting doctors to educate them about the importance of lab testing and conducting Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions in major hospitals.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve test volumes, revenue, and budget targets.
  • Discuss various issues with doctors related to lab tests and services, ensure feedback from the laboratory, and maintain records of the same.
  • Collect data on referring physicians, hospitals, clinics, number of patients referred, number of tests conducted, and revenue generated on a monthly basis.
  • Perform quality, safety, and financial audits at assigned collection points.
  • Assist in internal quality audits and environmental rounds.

This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, particularly communication skills and the ability to persuade people at all levels. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field, and at least two years of experience in healthcare organizations.
