Financial Transaction Manager

This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage financial transactions. The successful candidate will ensure accurate recording of data, prepare tax documents, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Knowledge of Financial Transactions: The ideal candidate will have expertise in letter of credit (LC), including preparation and finalization of LC Cost Sheets and recording of imported stock in respective books of accounts.
- Receivables aging report and analysis of sales and recovery targets.
- Quantitative and qualitative reconciliation of purchases from Inward Gate Pass (IGP) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) with stock ledger and supplier ledger.
- Stores issuance for production and general maintenance, production entries, and reconciliation statement of monthly production item-wise with store issuance and wastage.
- Quantitative and qualitative reconciliation of sales from Outward Gate Pass (OGP), Sales Invoices, and Delivery Challans with sales ledger and debtor's ledger.
- Accrual Concepts: Perfect knowledge about accrual concepts and incorporation of monthly accruals in books of accounts is essential.
- Preparation of withholding tax statements under sections 165, 147, 155, 153, and 151, and reconciliation with Income Tax ledgers.
- Submission of sales tax returns after complete verification of input and output tax adjustments and reconciliation with Sales Tax ledgers.
- Verification of Bank Reconciliation statements and commission workings of staff.
- Submission of stock statements to the bank on or before the 10th of each month and check salary sheets and tax deducted thereon.
