Financial Transaction Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. They will monitor outstanding balances, follow up on overdue payments, and generate aging reports to track the status of accounts.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounts receivable principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interact with clients and internal teams.
Our team is looking for an individual who can prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries related to accounts receivable for management review. Additionally, they will develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
