Financial Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled Financial Management Professional to join our team. As an Assistant Manager Finance, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Accurately record and review invoices in our ERP system, ensuring all calculations, supporting documentation, and required approvals are in order.
  • Payment Analysis and Optimization: Analyze payment delays and implement corrective actions to ensure timely disbursements, minimizing any potential financial losses.
  • Bank Reconciliation and Coordination: Finalize bank reconciliations and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for the resolution of discrepancies, maintaining the integrity of our financial records.
  • Divisional Trial Balance Management: Manage the divisional trial balance, including month-end closing activities and necessary adjustments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Billing and Reconciliation: Process bills and maintain accurate reconciliations for all related transactions, providing transparency and accountability.
  • Payment Oversight: Oversee payments to contractors and employees, including full and final settlements, advances, and loan disbursements, adhering to company policies and regulations.
  • Tax Preparation and Review: Assist in the preparation and review of tax-related data and documentation, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Physical Stock Counts and Reporting: Conduct monthly physical stock counts and prepare detailed reports for management review, providing valuable insights into our inventory management.

In this role, we require:

Qualifications:
  • A recognized accounting certification, such as ACCA or CA Finalist, ICMA, or MBA in Finance/Accounting.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and ERP systems, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
