Role Summary

As a strategic financial expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and profitability through data-driven insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess commercial and financial viability of plans and develop comprehensive business cases.

  • Develop and implement trade spend optimization strategies to minimize waste and maximize ROI.

  • Lead the implementation of revenue growth management strategies as part of a global commercial rigor framework.

  • Oversee the development and execution of automated utilities for smooth operations and efficient reporting.

  • Liaise with global finance teams to ensure seamless integration of best practices and global standards.

  • Develop and evaluate proposals for specialized business segments to boost sales and profitability.

Automation and Reporting

  • Assist in developing system architecture aligned with business service models to drive automation and efficiency.

  • Roll-out automated utilities for accurate promotion evaluation and seamless data tracking.

  • Develop comprehensive BI reports and portals for sales analysis, evaluations, actions, and performance against internal and external KPIs.

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly global reporting in standard templates.

  • Present updates on critical business matters to leadership teams during regular review sessions.

  • Provide regular updates on RGM actions and outcomes to local and global stakeholders.

  • Deliver regional, segment, channel, and customer-wise profitability reports to key teams.
