Transformative HRIS Executive Role

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Executive HRIS professional to drive transformative change within our human resources functions. This pivotal role will focus on harnessing the power of technology to enhance our HR processes, ensuring they are efficient, secure, and user-friendly.

About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee the implementation and management of our HR Information System (HRIS) and related technologies. They will collaborate with various departments to ensure data integrity and security within HR systems. Key responsibilities include designing and enhancing HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide actionable insights to HR leadership. The ideal candidate will also lead projects focused on system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with other business systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the implementation and management of the HRIS and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT departments to ensure data integrity and security within HR systems.
  • Design and enhance HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide insights to HR leadership.
  • Lead projects focused on system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with other business systems.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience working with HRIS systems is essential, as well as strong understanding of HR processes, compliance issues, and best practices in HR technology. Excellent analytical skills, project management abilities, and exceptional communication skills are also required.
