About Us

Description

The role of Executive - HRIS is pivotal in transforming our HR functions through innovative HRIS solutions. You will oversee the implementation and management of our HRIS and related technologies, collaborating closely with the HR and IT departments to ensure data integrity and security within our HR systems.

You will design and enhance HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide valuable insights to our HR leadership. Additionally, you will lead projects focused on system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with other business systems, providing training and support for HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities and best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Oversight of HRIS implementation and management
  • Collaboration with HR and IT departments to ensure data integrity and security
  • Design and enhancement of HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Project leadership for system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations
  • Training and support for HR staff and end-users
  • Development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. You should have proven experience working with HRIS systems, preferably in the telecommunications industry, as well as strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Additionally, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively across various teams and levels. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for continuous improvement are essential qualities for this role.
