System Performance Optimization Specialist

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal functioning of our systems by monitoring operations, generating timely reports, and providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.

Key responsibilities include designing strategies for integrating various platforms, monitoring system performance, developing automated reporting tools, collaborating with technical teams, tracking service tickets, and generating performance and maintenance reports.

Responsibilities:
  • Platform Integration: Develop and implement strategies for integrating SCADA, CMMS, and reporting platforms to ensure seamless data flow and efficient monitoring.
  • System Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor real-time and historical performance data from O&M systems to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
  • Automated Reporting Tools: Support the development of automated reporting tools for performance metrics, service logs, and compliance tracking to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with field technicians to ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, and facilitate communication between teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Service Ticket Management: Track service tickets, ensure resolution, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, faults, and repairs.
  • Report Generation: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance and maintenance reports to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in solar O&M, system integration, or IT support.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SCADA, SQL, and integration tools, as well as experience with solar PV systems, string inverters, and energy storage.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, strong communication and documentation abilities, and proficiency in SCADA, SQL, and integration tools.
