HR Generalist Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our human resources department.

  • They will lead a team to provide strategic HR services that drive business results.
  • Manage employee relations, including absence, disciplinaries, grievances and sickness in accordance with company policies.
  • Conduct regular surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Offer coaching and guidance to managers on performance management issues and processes.
  • Develop training programs that enhance the skills of managers and their teams.
  • Oversee talent acquisition and succession planning to ensure the organization has the right people in the right roles.
  • Recommend employee benefits and support employees with policies and procedures.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Leading and directing the human resource team.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations and performance management.
  • Satisfaction Survey: Conducting regular surveys to measure employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a strong track record of success in software development or a related field. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate and guide a team effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
