Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Business Growth Consultant. This individual will be responsible for driving business expansion through effective lead generation, sales strategy development, and client relationship management.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various platforms, including LinkedIn, email, and freelance sites.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Plan and execute sales funnels for web development, SEO, and digital marketing services.
  • Cold Outreach & Prospecting: Craft and send compelling cold emails/messages that convert into sales opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT industry (web development, SEO, marketing, or design services).
  • Proven track record of delivering sales results and meeting targets.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, sales pipelines, and time-tracking platforms.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet set performance standards.
