Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, with hands-on experience in Upwork bidding and working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquiring new business through various channels, including Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Quality project selection and bidding
- Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the project's nature
- Project price estimation, quote creation, and client communication
- Gathering client requirements, communicating with the team, and delivering projects to clients
- Maintaining high ratings on all platforms
- Maintaining healthy relationships with clients
- Interacting with clients from the US, UK, Canada, and Australia
- Developing effective marketing strategies
- Preparing progress reports
- Identifying potential clients
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development
- Hands-on experience in Upwork bidding and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet business targets
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and eager to contribute to the growth of a fast-paced software house
