**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Senior Full Stack Developer to help drive the evolution of our web-based customer portal platform and future mobile-ready applications.

This role combines deep technical execution with architectural influence, requiring you to shape our technical direction, set high standards for code quality, and ensure our systems scale to meet the needs of our growing customer base.

As a senior member of the team, you will work side by side with our current developers, leading by example through design decisions, high-quality code, and collaborative problem-solving.

**Responsibilities**

  1. Act as a co-architect, influencing the design of scalable backend APIs, system architecture, and data flows integrated with an Oracle database.
  2. Establish and uphold best practices for code quality, testing, and maintainability across the development team.
  3. Drive architectural discussions, evaluate new technologies, and make recommendations that balance innovation with long-term stability.
  4. Lead by example through peer reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
  5. Collaborate closely with our other web developers, sharing best practices and jointly developing features.
  6. Develop and enhance our customer portal and upcoming PWA/mobile web applications using React, Next.js, and Node.js, contributing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  7. Assist in shaping development processes and standards as we expand our web ecosystem.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • 5+ years of experience as a full stack developer or equivalent in a production environment.
  • Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with strong experience in React and Next.js.
  • Deep experience in Node.js backend development and building scalable APIs.
  • Proficient in configuring and managing Nginx.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with Oracle or similar relational databases.
  • Proven experience influencing technical architecture and long-term system design.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to collaborate effectively in a small-team, low-bureaucracy setting.
  • Comfortable with autonomy and accountability in delivering critical projects.
  • Familiarity with DevOps concepts and tooling (CI/CD pipelines, containerization, cloud infrastructure) is a plus but not required.
