About the Role

Are you passionate about enhancing language skills and providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking a dedicated Language Assessor to join our team.

As a Language Assessor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our employees possess the necessary language proficiency to deliver top-notch services to customers worldwide.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting English language assessments for new and existing employees, monitoring call quality, and coaching staff on spoken English, vocabulary, and pronunciation. You will also be responsible for developing and managing auto-scored English language proficiency assessments to ensure our job applicants can communicate effectively with customers.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in English Literature, Applied Linguistics, Educational Linguistics, Psychology, IELTS/PTE/TOEFL with a focus on language proficiency assessment/testing and research.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in English teaching, preferably in IELTS/PTE or Cambridge English Exams.
  • Hold IELTS/CEFR certification, PTE, Language certificate, Oxford English Test, and British Council experience.
Key Skills
  • Proficient written and spoken skills in English language.
  • Familiarity with UK English Language dialect.
  • Dedicated to assigned tasks, quick learner, team player as well as solid individual contributor, solution provider.

Work Environment
