Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive business growth through Upwork and other platforms.
  • Bid on and win high-value projects, showcasing our expertise and capabilities to clients.
  • Maintain and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets through effective sales planning and execution.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for business growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with our project management team to deliver successful projects and meet client expectations.
  • Ensure our portfolio and profile on Upwork accurately reflects our capabilities and achievements.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Development Executive, preferably in the Upwork space.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Upwork algorithms and strategies to maximize visibility and success.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills to engage clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to secure deals and grow our business.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
  • Strategic thinker with a talent for analyzing client requirements and proposing effective solutions.
