  • Write compelling proposals to secure client contracts.
  • Communicate with potential clients to clarify project requirements and build rapport.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate project scoping and alignment with our capabilities.
  • Maintain a high success rate in winning bids and meeting targets.
  • Track and report on bidding activities and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bidding on Upwork or similar freelance platforms.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, including web development, mobile apps, software development, UI/UX design, CRM, and e-commerce.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to craft persuasive, professional, and customized proposals.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills to work flexible hours remotely.
  • Familiarity with Upwork's platform, bidding strategies, and best practices.
  • Basic understanding of project estimation and scoping is a plus.

A successful candidate must possess a strong passion for delivering top-notch software solutions while working collaboratively as part of a remote team. Experience working independently with minimal supervision is essential, as well as proficiency in various software development tools and technologies.
