Business Development and Proposal Specialist

This role is responsible for developing high-quality business proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Create engaging and informative proposals that showcase our services.
- Manage the bid process from start to finish, ensuring timely submissions and proactive follow-up with clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and contribute to proposal development.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in writing business proposals, preferably in a Bidding department.
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to convey complex ideas simply and clearly.
- Strong research skills, including proficiency in sourcing out RFPs and conducting market analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Ability to work proactively and creatively under pressure, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
This is an onsite full-time position requiring a flexible and proactive individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
