We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to assume the role of department head.

Job Overview

This key position entails overseeing the overall operations of the HR, Administration, and Industrial Relations departments.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and controlling payroll, overtime reports, and other HR-related documents.
  • They will also be tasked with ensuring high standards of housekeeping in the factory premises.
  • Key responsibilities include managing appointments, transfers, and terminations.
  • Liaising with public authorities will be essential for smooth organizational functioning.
Essential Qualifications

We require a candidate with:

  • An MBA in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • A law degree (LL.B) would be advantageous.
  • A strong personality with excellent interpersonal skills is a must.
  • Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated is crucial.
  • Experience in the textile industry would be beneficial.

Applicants should possess excellent communication skills in English and Urdu, as well as proficiency in MS Office.
