BTCM Consulting is seeking a highly experienced
Head of HR & Organizational Development (OD)
to lead our HR function and drive impactful organizational development initiatives. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with a strong track record in
HR operations
and proven
hands-on OD experience
. The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, operational excellence, and the ability to shape a high-performing organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all HR operations, policies, and processes across the organization.
  • Design and implement
    OD strategies
    to strengthen organizational structure, talent development, and change management.
  • Drive HR compliance, employee relations, and performance management systems.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR and OD strategies with business goals.
  • Mentor and guide HR teams to ensure consistent and effective HR service delivery.
  • Develop and execute talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.
  • Ensure smooth execution of recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and other HR operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Master's degree is compulsory.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience
    in HR management, with at least
    3 years of hands-on OD experience
    .
  • Proven expertise in
    HR operations, policies, and compliance
    .
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a
    night shift, onsite environment
    .
