Human Resources Specialist

Job Description:

The role of Human Resources Executive at our organization involves assisting with day-to-day HR operations. This includes providing administrative support, compiling employee records, processing documentation, and coordinating HR projects. The successful candidate will handle employee requests, assist with payroll preparation, and properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to HR executives.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.).
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc.).
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates and updating the database.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must possess a BBA/MBA degree and at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office, are essential.
