About the job Project Manager

The Project Manager works with clients to help secure new projects, sets clear and correct expectations for the clients as well as for the delivery team, and manages successful project delivery by ensuring that best practices are followed. Effective Project Manager identifies and resolves all client issues related to project management.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
  • Set and manage expectations for clients and project teams, promoting clear communication.
  • Apply technical expertise in web and mobile technologies to guide project direction.
  • Identify and resolve technology-related and resource management issues.
  • Collaborate with sales during pre-sales to create project estimates and solutions.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive relationship management.
  • Promote and enforce best project management practices across teams.
  • Implement risk management strategies to anticipate and mitigate issues.
  • Mentor and coach team members to foster skill development and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven 8-10 years of experience in project management with web and mobile technology expertise.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Solid understanding of web and mobile technology stacks.
  • Client-focused approach to managing relationships proactively.
