Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Floor Team Member, located in Lahore. The Sales Floor Team Member will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with their needs, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring the sales floor is organized and presentable. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, managing stock, processing transactions, and supporting weekly sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service
  • Ability to understand and address client needs
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to work in night shift.
