Our company is seeking a highly skilled professional to manage the supply chain functions of planning, scheduling, procurement, warehousing and transportation.

This role requires an individual who can help consistently achieve minimum investment in inventories and distribution costs.

The successful candidate will perform the purchasing function in the areas of ingredients, packaging and commodities by ensuring continuous supply and optimizing procurement to minimize total costs.

They will oversee inventory of ingredients, packaging and commodities and manage the risk of obsolescence versus supply shortage.

The ideal candidate should assess appropriate material handling equipment needs and staffing levels to load, unload, move, or store materials.

We are looking for someone who can develop or implement procedures or systems to evaluate or select suppliers.

Additionally, they will analyze information about supplier performance or procurement program success.

Job Requirements

Masters degree in Supply Chain Management or related field is required.

Excellent analytical skills and ability to think critically are essential for this role.

Advanced knowledge of warehouse, freight, inventory management & sales order management is necessary.

Suitable candidates should possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage supply chain functions including planning, scheduling, procurement, warehousing and transportation.
  2. Help achieve minimum investment in inventories and distribution costs.
  3. Perform purchasing function in areas of ingredients, packaging and commodities.
  4. Oversee inventory of ingredients, packaging and commodities.
  5. Manage risk of obsolescence versus supply shortage.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications

Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in inventory management, procurement and logistics is advantageous.
