Job Description

As an IT Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our global clients. This includes troubleshooting Windows desktop issues, installing/uninstalling software with token-based access, and ensuring compliance with IT policies and security protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • 3+ years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support
  • Strong knowledge of Windows desktop support and antivirus tools
