Electrical Maintenance Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance professional to oversee the maintenance of electrical systems in our plant, machinery, and equipment. This role requires expertise in advanced instrumentation, power systems, CNC controllers, PLCs, and energy-efficient solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring 13-15 years of experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and control system management across various industrial machines and equipment. They will be responsible for managing electrical maintenance, handling breakdowns, overseeing corrective and preventive maintenance using CMMS, leading retrofitting and overhauling projects for industrial machinery, supervising the installation and commissioning of new machines and equipment, enhancing electrical systems' performance by developing and maintaining them for optimal efficiency, recruiting, onboarding, and managing the electrical maintenance team to meet operational objectives, contributing to strategic planning with engineering recommendations, implementing productivity and quality goals, resolving issues through audits and system improvements, analyzing variances, taking corrective actions to meet financial objectives, developing and implementing electrical plans by assessing operational needs, estimating costs, and preparing budgets, planning and supervising electrical projects, coordinating with contractors, managing installation schedules, ensuring compliance with codes and specifications, establishing maintenance schedules, performing regular testing, coordinating system shutdowns and installations, ensuring a safe work environment by enforcing standards and adhering to legal regulations, staying updated on industry standards, codes, and technologies through professional development and participation in relevant organizations, working closely with senior management to achieve organizational and engineering goals, managing relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronics, or mechatronics engineering
  • 13-15 years of experience in electrical maintenance and control systems
  • Hands-on experience with CNC controllers, PLCs, VFDs, and HMI systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex electrical systems
  • Knowledge of green energy solutions and HVAC systems is a plus
