Educational Programme Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Education Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the overall success and effective daily operations of the centre.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and strategic guidance to the Education Team by reporting directly to the Managing Director.
- Support the development and delivery of holiday programs and camps in coordination with Educators.
- Collect, consolidate, redevelop, and/or create lesson plans for all current and future programs.
- Seek out professional development and networking opportunities throughout the year with input from the Education Team.
- Filter all current and future programs through the lens of the centre's mission statement.
- Preferred degree in Science, Education, or similar focus.
- A friendly, energetic, and welcoming nature.
- Working knowledge of current education trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate and contribute as an integral part of a small team.
