Job Title: IT Recruiter

As a seasoned talent acquisition specialist with expertise in technical recruitment, you will source and place top engineering talent to meet client needs. Your strong background in technical recruitment and proven track record of successfully placing candidates in tech roles are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and engage qualified engineering candidates through various sourcing techniques and platforms.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with industry contacts and potential candidates to ensure consistent flow of top talent.
  3. Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet client requirements.
  4. Collaborate with our team to understand client needs and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly.
  5. Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including initial outreach, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  6. Stay updated with industry trends and changes in job market to effectively advise clients and candidates.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as recruiter with focus on technical roles.
  2. Strong understanding of tech industry and key skills required for various engineering positions.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  5. Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.

Technical Knowledge:

  1. Understanding of technical roles and skills in software and engineering sectors.
  2. Familiarity with programming languages, frameworks, and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, cloud platforms).

Recruitment Experience:

  1. Proven track record in recruiting for technical roles, including experience with end-to-end recruitment processes.
  2. Experience in sourcing and placing candidates for various engineering positions.

Sourcing Skills:

  1. Ability to use various sourcing techniques and platforms to find and attract top talent.
  2. Skills in conducting effective candidate searches and networking.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with candidates and clients.
  2. Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and industry contacts.

Negotiation Skills:

  1. Experience in negotiating job offers, salaries, and employment terms with candidates.
  2. Ability to manage and resolve issues or concerns during recruitment process.
  3. Ability to adapt to changing client needs, market trends, and recruitment challenges.
