Job Title: Corporate Event Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented event professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in commercial event management, with expertise in budgeting, costing, logistics, and problem-solving.

The selected individual will be responsible for planning and executing corporate, tech, and internal company events, ensuring smooth operations from ideation to completion. They will also manage budgets, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, oversee event logistics, identify and resolve on-ground challenges efficiently, and collaborate with marketing and HR teams to drive event promotions and maximize engagement.

In addition, the candidate will ensure compliance with safety regulations, permits, and company policies for all events. They will analyze post-event performance, gathering insights to improve future events.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in commercial event management (corporate, conferences, exhibitions, product launches, etc.)
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, costing, and financial planning for events
  • Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management skills, ensuring smooth event execution
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced IT environment
  • Proficiency in event management tools, MS Office, and project coordination software
