Digital Marketing Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive app growth through strategic campaign management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention aligned with business goals.
  • Lead advertising efforts across multiple platforms (Google, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) to maximize app installs and revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
  • Enhance the user experience within the app to promote adoption of premium features and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Mentor junior marketing team members, fostering their professional growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
  • At least 4 years of proven track record in managing successful global digital marketing campaigns, specifically for app acquisition.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and marketing automation tools for performance tracking and analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Firebase, Google AdMob, and Play Console for app performance optimization.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration.
