About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading mobile payments and financial services distribution company. As a Business Growth Manager, you will play a crucial role in increasing sales of our business tool, QR & Soundbox, through proper channels to merchants across multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
• Grow distribution and market share in assigned areas of operations
• Ensure extensive deployment and sale of QR & Soundbox products
• Identify and recruit sales team members to align and drive business in the market
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, with a focus on quick learning and application of new ideas
• Plan market size, span, and geographies for Field Sales Executives (FSE)
• Develop effective communication plans to minimize expectations vs delivery gaps
• Monitor quality parameters as suggested by management
• Validate and conduct audits on acquisitions and sales done by the team
• Ensure team members are regularly engaged in sales and usage activities
• Foster good networking capabilities and willingness to travel extensively throughout assigned areas
Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading teams
• Bachelor's degree or higher
