Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Business Development: Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into successful property sales.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors to ensure long-term business success.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to provide clients with accurate insights.
  • Property Presentations: Conduct property tours, explain features, and highlight investment potential to prospective buyers.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Effectively negotiate terms, prepare sales contracts, and ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand promotion.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all real estate transactions comply with legal and company regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Skills:
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Other: A valid driver's license and own transportation are required. A strong network within the real estate industry is a plus.
