Role Overview

We are seeking a personable and attentive Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer service, resolve customer concerns, and promote our products positively.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Listens attentively to customers' concerns, issues, and questions, providing prompt and accurate responses.
  2. Resolves customer complaints in a calm and professional manner, maintaining a positive attitude at all times.
  3. Opens new customer accounts, gathering necessary information and data to ensure seamless onboarding processes.
  4. Promotes the company's offerings effectively, addressing customer concerns and answering questions as they arise.
  5. Recommends suitable products to meet customers' needs, utilizing knowledge of applicable products and markets.
  6. Escalates complex issues or questions to management when necessary, ensuring timely resolutions.
  7. Prepares detailed reports on customer interactions, product performance, and market trends.
Requirements
  1. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  2. Familiarity with software used to connect with customers and gather their information, including CRM systems and other relevant tools.
  3. In-depth knowledge of applicable products and markets, enabling effective recommendations and sales.
