We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage the daily operations of our UK logistics business. The role involves staff schedule planning, live tracking, compliance enforcement, stock oversight, and reporting.

  • Plan staff schedules to ensure seamless live tracking
  • Monitor driver behavior and punctuality for improved performance
  • Manage accounts, invoicing, and fleet data updates efficiently
  • Maintain accurate stock inventory and generate comprehensive reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures
  • Generate performance and compliance reports to inform decision-making
  • Respond to emails professionally and promptly
  • Utilize Google Docs, MS Office, and cloud-based systems to enhance productivity
  • Communicate effectively with the UK team and drivers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or administration roles
  • Fluent English and Urdu skills with excellent email and phone manners
  • Reliable, honest, proactive with strong interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy: Google Docs, MS Office, and reporting tools
  • A 'can-do' approach with willingness to take initiative and resolve issues

Preferred Location: Ideally based near DHA Lahore for potential in-person coordination
