Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our remote team, contributing to our mission of delivering quality projects while maintaining robust financial practices.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 2 years of relevant experience. They will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, preparing and maintaining financial records, reports, and budgets, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, assisting in the monthly closing process and financial audits, reconciling bank statements, and managing cash flow.
The successful candidate will also provide support to management with financial forecasting and analysis. Additionally, they will manage cash flows and petty cash.
Key Requirements:
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
