Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT infrastructure consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Analyzing client needs and developing comprehensive technical and commercial proposals;
  2. Participating in e-bidding and procurement portal processes for government and enterprise clients;
  3. Engaging with clients to gather and assess network and system requirements;
  4. Conducting site surveys and translating business needs into scalable network and infrastructure designs;
  5. Supporting the sales team in technical meetings, presentations, and RFP clarifications;
  6. Creating detailed solution presentations, implementation plans, compliance sheets, and diagrams;
  7. Proposing solutions involving network security, routing/switching, firewalls, virtualization, storage, and server infrastructure;
  8. Assisting in selecting appropriate hardware/software solutions;
  9. Collaborating closely with internal teams and external OEMs to finalize the best-fit solution in terms of performance, cost, and compliance;
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field;
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in pre-sales or solution design for IT infrastructure (networking, servers, storage, security, etc.);
  • Strong technical knowledge in networking, virtualization technologies, and network & endpoint security;
  • Proficient in proposal creation tools: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio;
  • Experience with public sector tenders, procurement portals, and compliance processes;
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills, with attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
