Sales and Lead Generation Expertise
We are seeking an individual with exceptional sales and lead generation skills to join our team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying potential leads, building rapport, and driving interest in services/products through cold calling and outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and build a robust database of prospects.
  • Qualify leads by understanding client needs and matching them to solutions.
  • Schedule appointments and set up product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track progress.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop outreach strategies.
  • Provide feedback and insights to refine lead generation processes and strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Prior experience in lead generation, cold calling, and software sales.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  3. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  5. Ability to work independently and meet targets in a remote environment.
  6. Prior experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or SaaS industry is a plus.
