We are seeking a highly skilled Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales over the phone, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Outreach
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Convert leads into confirmed sales by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Build strong, positive relationships with customers.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Address customer queries and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Proactively suggest improvements to the sales process to boost performance.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales conversions in the CRM system.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software (training will be provided).
- Target-driven mindset with a strong desire to achieve and exceed goals.
