Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales over the phone, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Outreach
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
  • Convert leads into confirmed sales by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build strong, positive relationships with customers.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Address customer queries and concerns professionally and promptly.
Achieving Targets
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to the sales process to boost performance.
Record Keeping
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales conversions in the CRM system.
Required Skills
  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software (training will be provided).
  • Target-driven mindset with a strong desire to achieve and exceed goals.
