
Sales Performance Specialist

Role Overview
The Sales Performance Specialist will be responsible for generating leads and setting up opportunities for our sales team to close deals. This role focuses on outbound cold calling, identifying decision-makers, and scheduling appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted outreach campaigns to assigned territories.
- Engage with prospects to introduce our products/services and articulate their value proposition effectively.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Schedule demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for booked meetings.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with prospects over the phone.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
