Senior Business Development Professional

The Assisted Living Commercial Team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Professional to drive strategic growth opportunities across Western Australia.
About the Role:This senior role involves developing and implementing strategies to expand existing Commercial portfolios within the Assisted Living environment. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in building, age care, or assisted living sectors to forge strong business relationships with key stakeholders and drive success across Western Australia.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of commercial offerings and be able to identify new clients, develop product initiatives, and build or repair relationships. A high level of confidence in engaging with senior procurement and finance teams is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Leverage existing client databases to drive new opportunities
- Collaborate with preferred suppliers and internal product teams to develop strategic sales plans
- Engage with organizations across Victoria and nationally to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Develop and execute strategies to address national and state opportunities, and counteract competitor activities
- Proven track record in business development and relationship management
- Strong knowledge of commercial offerings and market trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
