Sales Excellence Manager
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Excellence Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong focus on strategy development, team management, and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Establish clear sales objectives and develop annual sales plans that align with the company's overall goals.
- Lead and Motivate Sales Team: Recruit, select, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure individual and team success.
- Cultivate Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and developing tailored solutions to drive sales growth.
- Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track sales performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to achieve goals.
- Stay Ahead of the Competition: Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and stay up-to-date with the latest sales strategies and best practices to remain competitive.

Requirements:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
