The Position

Manager Business Excellence – Sales (Islamabad)

As a Business Excellence Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Promoting Roche DIA products to targeted HCPs and labs, ensuring activities align with SOP standards, and achieving sales budgets on a cycle basis.
  • Managing sales and profitability objectives from existing and new accounts or clients.

Your Opportunities:

  • Achieving growth and meeting sales targets by managing the sales team effectively.
  • Designing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand the customer base.
  • Managing, recruiting, setting objectives, coaching, and monitoring sales personnel.
  • Reporting sales, revenue, expenses, and forecasts to management.
  • Hiring, training, mentoring, and motivating sales representatives.
  • Managing month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints.
  • Prospecting and developing new client relationships within a defined geography or market.

Who you are:

  • University degree / Bachelor's / MBA in science, a related field, or marketing, with an aptitude for medical/technical information.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience and 1-2 years as a people manager.
  • Understanding of the diagnostic industry with product and market knowledge.
  • Experience in sales data analysis with strong business and negotiation skills.
