The Position

Manager Business Excellence – Sales (Islamabad)

Responsibilities:

  • Promote Roche DIA products to targeted healthcare professionals and laboratories, ensuring compliance with SOP standards.
  • Achieve sales targets and meet profitability objectives for assigned products on a cycle basis.
  • Manage sales activities for existing and new clients, including sales and revenue growth.
  • Lead, recruit, train, and motivate the sales team, setting objectives and monitoring performance.
  • Provide sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with forecasts to management.
  • Handle customer complaints and develop new client relationships within the market.
Qualifications:
  • University degree, Bachelor's or MBA, preferably in science, related field, or marketing, with an aptitude for medical/technical information.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, including 1-2 years in a managerial role.
  • Understanding of the diagnostic industry, products, and markets.
  • Experience in sales data analysis, negotiation, and business development.
