We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Engineer to oversee our payment operational needs and enhance our processes.

This role involves transitioning into a Product Manager position, where you will own and drive critical product and business problems throughout their lifecycle.

">Key Responsibilities:">

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to optimize payment processes, resolve issues, and track resolution.">
  • Identify operational opportunities for performance improvements, cost savings, and risk mitigation.">
  • Support operations during the launch of new payment methods and providers.">
  • Manage relationships with global payment processors.">
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, finance, customer support, legal, etc., to build a top-tier payment program.">
  • Review transactions monthly to identify patterns or concerns and assist customer support with escalations.">

  • Define product strategy and quarterly roadmaps to achieve vision and impact.">
  • Conceptualize products with a data-driven, problem-first approach, ensuring long-term value and prioritization.">
