The role involves spearheading the development of digital strategies to foster lasting connections with clients.

Key responsibilities include managing and monitoring the company's online presence on various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc. This involves creating and implementing effective content calendars, optimizing engagement rates, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

A key focus area is launching targeted online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook, and other platforms to boost brand awareness and drive website traffic.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving SEO efforts, including keyword optimization, image optimization, and content creation.

Another critical aspect of the role is collaborating with designers to enhance user experience, providing creative ideas for content marketing, and updating the company website regularly.

Maintenance of partnerships with media agencies and vendors will also be a key responsibility.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably as a Digital Marketing Executive.
  • Detailed knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization.
  • Familiarity with online marketing tools and best practices, including Google Analytics and CRM software.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software, ideally for at least 2 years.
  • Basic understanding of web design principles.
  • Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on company success.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
