Google Ads Specialist Position

We are seeking a seasoned Google Ads expert with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns, strong analytical skills, and experience working with tracking tools.

  • This role involves planning, executing, and managing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.
  • The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of keyword research, ad copy development, and A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and phone tracking platforms is required.
  • The specialist must be able to build and maintain proper UTM links to accurately track campaign performance and traffic sources.
  • Daily monitoring of campaign performance, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to improve ROI is also essential.
  • The successful candidate will generate detailed reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Key Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Google Search Ads Certification is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, GTM, and phone tracking tools.
  • Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling campaigns and managing significant ad spend is required.
  • An excellent portfolio or list of companies/projects worked on with campaign goals and results is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
