At the heart of every organization, a finance professional plays a pivotal role in ensuring financial integrity and stability. This Corporate Finance Manager position is no exception, requiring an individual with exceptional skills and expertise to drive business goals forward.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Analysis: Prepare comprehensive financial reports, support strategic decision-making, manage assets effectively, provide technical accounting guidance, facilitate audits, and review key balance sheet metrics.
  2. Governance and Compliance: Drive governance discussions, manage compliance frameworks, ensure adherence to internal controls, lead risk assessments, and improve process efficiency.
  3. Strategic Partnerships: Lead budgeting initiatives, monitor costs, facilitate collaborative planning, and advise on policies and procedures.
  4. Leadership Development: Coach and develop team members, promote a culture of excellence, and lead change management initiatives.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • 4-6 years of experience in financial reporting, corporate finance, or assurance (Big-4 and multinational experience preferred)
  • Qualification as a Chartered Accountant (ACA)
  • Strong understanding of Pakistani financial regulations and practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in SAP, BPC, or similar systems
