Senior Financial Strategist

The Senior Financial Strategist will play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence and stability within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing monthly financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation of accounting policies and procedures to ensure consistency and adherence to industry standards.
- Provide technical accounting support and guidance on complex transactions, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Perform in-depth analysis of financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and review capital adequacy, liquidity, and regulatory ratios to ensure compliance and optimal performance.

Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years in a senior position (AVP or above) in a large organization, preferably in banking or microfinance.
- A qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA) or FCCA, preferably with articleship from a Big Four firm.
- Strong analytical skills and experience managing a team of 12-15 members.
