Limo Dispatcher Job Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Limo Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently scheduling and dispatching trips, managing driver assignments, handling client inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the day.

An essential part of this role is being an expert in handling Limo Leads calls, responding quickly, converting inquiries into confirmed bookings, and delivering a top-notch customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, review, and schedule customer bookings via phone, email, and dispatch software (e.g., Limo Anywhere).
  • Handle Limo Leads calls promptly, professionally, and persuasively to secure reservations.
  • Assign drivers based on location, availability, and trip requirements.
  • Monitor trip progress and communicate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
  • Manage last-minute changes, cancellations, and urgent situations professionally.
  • Maintain accurate trip logs and update dispatch software in real time.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate with management to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Ensure all trips comply with company standards and policies.

Job Requirements:
  • Previous experience in limo dispatch, transportation coordination, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience handling Limo Leads calls and converting inquiries into bookings.
  • Familiarity with dispatch software (Limo Anywhere experience is a plus).
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and solve problems under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed.
